ISDK took part in the global Microsoft initiative – Azure Day, held in Moscow, Digital October Convention Hall. The day was filled with insightful speeches around Microsoft cloud services.
ISDK presented a topic “Building eCommerce in Azure and Dynamics365”. In this talk we shared our experience of building an omnichannel eCommerce solution based on nopCommerce platform, deployment of the services in Azure and integration with Dynamics365 CRM-system. We discussed the importance of marketing across multiple channels, especially using messengers and chat-bots. We also talked about benefits of using a CRM system. To demonstrate a successful omnichannel project, we used a real case of an international store.
