As part of our growing 3PL logistics & BPO business, we continuously looking for opportunities to expand our services and provide clients with something of a better quality and in larger numbers. Recent years we have been actively developing new services in such a new area like in-store digital services and e-commerce. Particularly, as most of our Clients are global direct-sales companies we had to address this feature delivering appropriate services for their members and distributors. Besides widely spread online-stores, our focus is on the fast growing unattended self-service solutions. Basically, we managed to build and launch an integrated global network of automated-store kiosks for one of our key Clients – global nutrition producer. This allows boosting the sales and offering 24/7 services both on-line and off-line.
Our unattended services strategy also implies development of fully integrated platform, which embraces all the selling channels like online, mobile apps, and automated-store itself. Recently we successfully launched such a new e-commerce setup – online ordering for three countries in Baltic region. Here is the moment to mention our outsourcing partner – software development company ISDK. First phase of the project was completed jointly with ISDK team, consisted of nearly 10 senior developers and analysts. Our next step – unites all the selling channels under single Omnichannel platfrom and delivers the scalable ready for roll-out setups.
