Respond rapidly to your customer and employee needs—at scale—using intelligent conversational bots built with Power Virtual Agents

What is power virtual agents

Power Virtual Agents lets users create chatbots that can communicate with clients, other employees, or website visitors, answer their questions, pull data from knowledge database, and provide services that simplify interaction with the company’s business processes.

Some use cases of PVA bots include:

  • Sales help
  • Support services
  • Store information
  • Various employees’ requests
  • Common employees’ questions

Creating a chatbots

Creating and managing powerful chatbots is easy, no code or AI expertise is required. Virtual Agents constructor offers an easy-to-use graphical interface, which is similar to one in Power Automate. Users can publish chatbots in Teams, Telegram, Facebook (or choose from around 20 other channels), or as a site widget.

Communication

Communication with a bot is built based on questions and answers that are grouped into topics. There are several pre-configured topics, and users also can add their own ones. Topics include 4 lessons that help to start using the service quickly.

Entities

Entities in Power Virtual Agents are data sets. For example, it is possible to create an entity “Request types” that has such values as “day-off request”, “payment request”, etc. This entity can then be used as options available to users, from which they can choose instead of typing.

Skills and analytics

To empower bots, one should apply skills. Skills are sets of logic that can be plugged into a bot. For instance, you can create a skill “request approval” and write the approval procedure; a bot will run this procedure when needed.

Power Virtual Agents also offer analytics that helps to see bots’ performance, session information, customer satisfaction, topic usage, and billed sessions information.

Price

As for licenses, it is simple and straightforward for this service. The price is $1000 per month per 2000 sessions. A session is one interaction between a user and bot, it is limited to 60 minutes or 100 turns (question-answer pair).
