One year ago we decided to automate key areas of our business. At first, we were looking for programs and systems that can consolidate external parties database management, client orders management and inventory operations (sales, shipments, stock on hand calculations). We also wanted integrated and fully functional system with the ability, for example, to analyze sales and shipments per individual customers.
At the end, we chose «ISDK: CRM-Client – Retail». System is designed for small and medium trade companies which allowed us to develop and start using it very quickly. System has very user-friendly interface. It was also very useful for us to have Web access and ability to work with the system from any location with Internet availability.
We would like to thank ISDK team for implementation. At first, we’ve got am impression that they put too much attention to details and understanding our requirements. But at the end of the day this resulted into finding many issues that we were not thinking of and which might seriously hinder further adoption. Because of ISDK care and attention most requirements were fulfilled in the system from the beginning in the way we wanted. Some specific wished required custom development that were made and delivered to us in special release.
